Our organization
Livio AB consists of nine IVF-clinics in Sweden, Norway and on Iceland as well as a maternity clinic in Malmö. Our consistent quality work has resulted in very good pregnancy results through in vitro fertilization.
Our philosophy is that the best IVF treatment has to do with care and consideration on an individual level. This means that we always treat our couples with respect and that we always strive to have an open and honest dialogue with our patients. Our objective is to give the best treatments given each patient´s unique needs.
In the Livio organization we also have our own non-profit research company, IVF Sweden Research. In association with our clinics IVF Research Sweden develops and evaluates new methods in order to develop and improve assisted reproduction methods on a large scale.
Knowledge and competence
As a knowledge based company the competence and commitment of our staff is also our most important resource. All of our clinics have staff with many years of experience of IVF. Proven evidence of this is our very good pregnancy results. Our clinics share knowledge between each other on a continuous basis which gives us the opportunity to stay ahead and offer the latest proven treatment methods at our clinics.
All clinics within Livio work closely with several University hospitals and we also have a solid network of gynaecologists in Sweden, Norway and on Iceland. Our staff conducts research and in addition to that our vast international network provide us with the latest research and discoveries in IVF. In addition, our doctors and embryologists are frequent lecturers at foreign universities and at international congresses. Through representation in Swedish organizations such as Swedish Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and several other significant organizations we help develop IVF as a treatment method in Sweden.
We also host training courses in reproductive medicine available to specialists and specialists-to-be in the area of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Each spring we host an annual symposium; Fertilitetsforum, where a mix of new innovations within the field of reproduction are presented together with related topics. Fertilitetsforum is open to colleagues working within the field of reproduction.
